Tenant/Occupier Representation

Boyd Commercial begins each tenant representation engagement by taking a deep dive into our clients’ existing business platform and operational requirements. We do the upfront work necessary to comprehensively understand the client’s’ industry and its competition with a simple yet differentiating goal of turning your industrial or office space from an ‘operational cost’ into an ‘operational advantage.’ The market is always dynamic, but we craft the best deals available in the market for our clients by understanding their business and how to best fulfill their space requirements while providing as much flexibility as possible for the future. We analyze all available alternatives from existing space, new speculative construction, or Build-to-Suit opportunities. When representing tenants we coordinate all aspects of the leasing process from site selection, fire and occupancy code consulting, construction pricing, and lease negotiations. Our service continues throughout the term of the lease to assist with property operations, management, and expense issues.
